Only a short stroll to local restaurants and the beach ensured great accessibility, while soundproofing effectively blocked out road noise. However, it would have been nice to have a breakfast option available and the parking situation could be improved for better convenience.

The motel's service was fantastic, I got personal texts from the manager checking in on me, kept me informed the whole time, real nice touch. Plus the no carpet thing really worked for me, hard floors are easier to keep clean. Definitely, right?

Had an awesome time with my friends! Just a short walk to the Beach and the fun little shops. Strolled along the Pismo Promenade and even tried some kayaking! The place is clean, and you get great value for your money. Just a heads up, the pool isn't heated, but it might be nice on a warm day.

We faced an issue with the hot water during our stay, which was a bit frustrating. It took a few minutes to get any warmth, and the staff just suggested running the water for longer.
